Stress

We all experience pressure in our lives.
However if for some reason you cannot manage the pressure, you suffer stress. This is perfectly normal and can sometimes be relived by simply taking yourself away from the source of pressure by way of a weekend break or a holiday.
However if such measures do not work or if you cannot break away from the pressure the stress can build.
Stress is seriously detrimental to your health and needs to me managed.
