Smoking

Smoking is a habit which has a serious effect on your health and is becoming socially unacceptable.
You can break the smoking habit. It is possible to do it ‘cold turkey’ but most people who try this approach find it very difficult and that they are somking again within a short periosd of time.
You can use nicotin patches, sprays and gums but they are costly, require you to have them to hand when you need them and are only part of the solution as you continue the nicotin addiction.
Vaping is an alternative but has similar issues as patches etc.
Hypnothery is a well established way to break the smoking habit for good and I offer the therapy for the cost of 10 packets of cigarettes.
